Returns & exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will help with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Drinkware must be unused and returned in original packaging unless the item is faulty.
